Eligibility for Returns
Return Window: You may return most items within days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition. Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or without original tags and packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [hz_email] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
Packaging: Please pack the items securely in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within business days.
